Jumping has never been this fun

Why Choose a Rectangle Trampoline

If you’re considering the purchase of a rectangle trampoline as opposed to the more commonplace round trampoline, it’s important to evaluate your goals, available outdoor space, and jumpers.  Who is going to be jumping on your rectangle trampoline and why?

A round trampoline is a great choice for younger children, inexperienced jumpers, or anyone who just wants a cool new toy or exercise tool.  You’ll spend a lot less money than you would on a rectangle trampoline, and take up less space in your yard.  And though you and the kids will be having too much fun to notice, jumping on a trampoline provides a great workout.  Trampolining strengthens leg and core muscles, and improves cardiovascular health without the strain of other types of exercise.

A rectangle trampoline allows for a broader range of uses and a much higher bounce!  For more serious athletes, kids getting more heavily involved in gymnastics or tumbling, etc, a quality rectangle trampoline is worth the investment.  Rectangle trampolines can be used for therapy or training in a variety of athletic disciplines.

Rectangle Trampoline Safety

Two of the most important rules of trampoline safety are probably most often ignored:

Jump ONE PERSON AT A TIME.  And don’t jump on a wet trampoline.  Especially on a rectangle trampoline, where you could fall from a potentially extreme height, you want to be as careful and aware of your surroundings as possible.  If you happen to be jumping indoors, seriously evaluate the height of the ceilings.  If you’re jumping outdoors, pay attention to the weather and do NOT jump if it is too windy.

Follow these rules and have fun with your rectangle trampoline!
